Coaching is a very individual process. No two coaching clients are the same, even if they are facing the very same challenges. I will work with you to find a plan or program that best fits your needs or way of working. This is fundamental to my practice.
I want all my clients to feel witnessed in their needs. My chosen way of coaching is one session per month because it often takes time to integrate change. However, I have worked with clients and seen them move forward and thrive in sessions multiple times a week or 4 times a year. The way we work together is led by your needs.
